Dry Aged Standing Rib Roast for Christmas Dinner

Several years ago I saw a technique that allows you to take a Choice cut standing rib roast and Dry Age it in your Fridge. I have tried it several times and each time it took my reasonably priced standing rib roast and made it as tasty and tender as a much more expensive Prime cut. Surprisingly simple to do I have shared this each year with my friends who have also enjoyed the taste on Christmas. Usually I share it on Facebook but now that it is in my cook book I am offering the book to my friends as a FREE Kindle download Several years ago I saw a technique that allows you to take a Choice cut standing rib roast and Dry Age it in your Fridge.
